Hey guys! In this blog post I am going to show y'all three cute workout outfits for each season and my favorite workouts. Since I am in high school, I have the advantage of joining sports at my school. Therefore, because I could participate in school sports, I ran cross country. My mom ran cross country and has always encouraged me and my brothers to run. I was always involved in
running groups from the time I was a little girl because of her encouragement. Therefore, my favorite exercise is running. No matter how fast you are, running is the perfect way to stay in shape. Part of this is because of how many ways there are to run. I can do a different running workout each day, which is very important because muscle memory can change the effectiveness of a workout.
1. Running hills
2. Distance running (4-5 or more) miles
3. Speed (12 sets of 400's)
4. 3 miles with hill repeats
5. Miles splits or 2 mile splits
6. Race pace run
The leggings that I am wearing are from Pull and Bear, but they are no longer available. The leggings that I did link are from Old Navy and are only $18!! They are marked down from $32.94, so it is a really great deal!

Now, don't give up on me! I know that not everyone likes to run or can run. And sometimes I don't like to run either, but I love to workout. So don't worry, I have more workouts that do not include running. If you do not like the workout that I am going to give you, I recommend looking on Pinterest. I always find workouts on Pinterest, so I strongly recommend taking a look if you don't care for these.
This workout that I am going to give you is my favorite "non-running" workout. It is really hard and leaves me sore for days, but I like that feeling because I know that it was a good workout. This workout is called the Victoria's Secret Angel's workout.
